Premium Vapes is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. The controls described below reflect the current pre-launch website configuration.
Informational entry gate
Active. Visitors are asked to confirm that they are aged 18 or over before entering the storefront.
Checkout declaration
Active as a checkout foundation. Commercial checkout remains unavailable while products are unpriced and out of stock.
Electronic provider
Not active. The informational gate is not electronic age verification.
18+ only
Vaping and nicotine products must not be ordered for, supplied to or used by anyone under 18. Proxy purchasing for a person under 18 is prohibited.
Current position
- The site displays a clear 18+ entry notice.
- A checkout age declaration foundation is present.
- No electronic age-verification provider is connected.
- No age-verified delivery service is active.
- Products remain non-purchasable during the pre-launch period.
Before sales begin
The final layered process must be reviewed and completed before commercial activation. This includes selecting and configuring an appropriate electronic verification solution, confirming order-review and refusal procedures, documenting privacy processing and confirming any delivery-age controls.
Important distinction
An age declaration or entry confirmation does not by itself provide full electronic age verification. Premium Vapes does not currently claim that electronic or delivery verification is active.
